Raw cashews have a sweet flavor. We prefer Indian 210 Cashews for their white color and creamy texture. Raw Cashews are rich in nutrients such as Iron, Magnesium, Copper, Manganese, and Zinc. Their fruit is also edible and delicious, but begins to ferment after one day. The cashew shell must be removed before being imported into the United States because it contains a toxic substance, similar to poison ivy. We carry only fancy grade cashews!
