These are great for sprinkling on salads or for making cashew milk. White and creamy.  One pound yields about 3 1/3 cups.  

Making cashew milk?  Here's a recipe for the sweet, creamy, delectible stuff:
1 1/2 cups raw cashews
4 1/2 cups filtered water 
2 Medjool dates and a dash of cinnamon.

Soaking the cashews in the water first will help the pulverizing process.  Yum!!
