Your recipes are only as good as the ingredients you use. The medium size chopped pecans are the perfect size for making cookies, candy and bread. We carry only fancy grade pecans, light in color, crisp and flavorful.  New crop pecans usually start arriving in mid-November each year. Harvesting usually starts on the east coast first (Georgia) and works its way westward, so Texas pecans are shelled and harvested just before the Thanksgiving baking season begins.  We receive fresh shipments of pecans weekly throughout the year.

Packed in a facility that also processes peanuts, soy, and wheat products.
